Wisk together the eggs, cream and 2 cups sugar. Pour mixture over bread, gently stir until all bread is covered. Let sit 15 minutes.
Combine the berries and 1 cup sugar. Let sit for a while or put in microwave until sugar is dissolved and mixture has become a syrup.
Put 2/3 bread mixture in a greased 9x13 pan, pour berry mixture on top, then cover with the rest of the bread so that it covers the whole top. Cook at 375* for 30 minutes. You may want to cook on top of a cookie sheet because sometimes the blueberries bubble over the top.
You can serve with whipped cream or vanilla pudding.
