3 lbs. Rump pork roast
1 Cup Dark brown sugar
1 Cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dried oregano
1 tsp. Powdered ginger
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Dried minced onions


1. Cook all ingredients in a crock pot all day.
2. 1 hour before serving shred meat. Dump out juice. Put shredded pork back in crock pot and add 1 cup Dark brown sugar 1 cup Red enchilada sauce. Mix the brown sugar and red enchilada sauce together before pouring over pulled pork.
