Rice Lasagna

3 cups cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup plus 2 TBSP parmesan cheese
2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 pound cooked hamburger
1/2 tsp garlic
2 jars spaghetti sauce


Preheat oven 375
Combine rice, eggs and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Mix and set aside.
Combine remaining cheeses reserving 2 TBSP parmesan cheese for top.
Brown meat and garlic then add sauce.
Layer rice, cottage cheese, then sauce. Top with parmesan.
Bake 20-30 minutes.
