Pumpkin Strudel

Ingredients

Filling: 6 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cloves
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1 (29 oz) can pumpkin

Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1 pkg yellow cake mix

Instructions

Beat all the filling ingredients together and pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 450 for 15 min.

For the topping, cut mixture like you would a pie crust. Spread over hot pumpkin mixture. Reduce oven to 350 and bake for 45 minutes more. Serve with whipped cream.
