2 cans garbanzo beans or chick peas
5 TBSP lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 TBSP olive oil
3 TBSP Tahini (sesame seed paste)
¾ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
½ tsp cumin
1 TBSP parsley


Drain beans, reserving ¼ cup of bean liquid. Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve with pita bread, veggies, crackers, etc.
