Cranberry Chicken (Dutch Oven)

1 pkg dried Lipton's onion soup
16 ox bottle Catalina dressing
2 cans whole cranberry sauce
3-4 lbs chicken breasts
minute rice


1) Cube chicken breasts
2) Mix ingredients in dutch oven, bring to a boil and then simmer about 1.5 hrs
3) About 15 minutes before done cook the minute rice in another dutch oven
4) Serve chicken over rice

** Note
About 1/2 cup of minute rice for each person.
