Swiss Corn Bake
Category: Side Dish             Servings: 6-8 servings


2 C corn

2/3 C canned milk

2 beaten eggs

Dash pepper

1 C shredded swiss cheese

1C soft bread crumbs (omit for gluten free version!)

2 T melted butter

2 T chopped onion


Drain corn; combine with milk, eggs, onion, pepper & 3/4 cheese.

Turn mixture into a 10x6x1 1/2 baking dish or 1 qt casserole.
Toss bread crumbs with melted butter & remaining chees.
Sprinkle over corn.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins.
