Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 c pumpkin

¾ c sugar

½ c oil

1 egg

2 c flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda mixed into 1 tsp milk

1 c chocolate chips

Instructions

Mix all together – the milk and soda mixture goes in last.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
