In a glass dish cook chicken tenders â€“ about 2 per person. I cook mine in a single layer in a 9x 13 dish â€“ but packed in tight. Pour over equal parts olive oil and Balsamic vinegar â€“ should come at least half way up the chicken. Crack pepper over the top. Cook at 350 for 35 â€“ 45 min (longer if tenders were frozen). Turn over half way through and crack more pepper on top.
