Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes

1 cup milk
3/4 cup wheat kernals
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
2 TBSP cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
3 TBSP brown sugar


Put wheat and milk in blender for a few minutes. Then add the other ingredients until well blended.
Make as pancakes or waffles.
Note: Instead of cornmeal I add oats and its still works very well. If you need to thicken batter just add more oats. If you want a thinner batter then add more milk.
