CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH TRUFFLES

Ingredients

1/2 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c Eggbeaters
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c flour
1 c mini chocolate chips

COATING:
12 oz melted chocolate chips
3 T Crisco

Instructions

Combine and put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour to stiffen. Roll into balls and freeze.
Coat frozen balls with chocolate (usually you coat the whole thing - I was
lazy and just dipped the bottoms)

Keep refrigerated. Can be refrigerated up to 3 days.
