mix sugar and corn starch together then add the eggs stir well. I
do this while the milk is heating in the microwave. Add cornstarch
mix to the very hot milk whisk to mix egg in hot mixture
micro until pudding is thick- whisk . add 1 teas vanilla and 2 teas butter

I cook 3 cups rice for this recipe .

I often use rice in a meal and have a dish of coconut pudding for dessert
next day mix pudding -rice-raisins and cinnamon. Heat in micro. serve
