Ingredients

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 can Herdez Salsa Verde (green sauce)
2 cups cheddar cheese
6 roma tomatoes, diced with salt
1 bunch cliantro, chopped

Instructions

Mix together and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes - until cheese is melted.
