Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

6-8 med potatoes (uncooked and sliced)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Sauce:
3 TBSP butter
2 TBSP cornstarch
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Sauce:
melt butter and blend in cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Gradually add milk; heat to boiling, then boil gently 2 minutes, stirring constantly.


Layer potatoes, onions, sauce and cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 350 for 90 minutes.
