Chicken Chili - Julliette Qureshi

6 chicken breasts, cubed, and whitened in 4 TBSP butter (I use canned chicken)
saute with 1 tsp fresh garlic 1 each diced; yellow onion, green pepper, red pepper
4 tsp cumin
4 tsp chili powder
4 tsp chopped cilantro
then add 2 cans chicken broth and simmer 2 hours
then add 4 cans white beans or black or a mixture of both and simmer 1 more hour
