Emeril's Meatballs

Ingredients

1 egg
1 pound meat
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Baby Bam spice (see recipe)

Instructions

Mix together. Make into balls. Bake 425 for about 20 minutes or simmer in spaghetti sauce for about 10 minutes. When they rise to the top it is ok to stir. Simmer 20 more minutes
