Preheat oven to 450. Butter well 6 - 3/4 cup souffle dishes or custard cups. Melt chocolate and butter. (Stir after 1 minute, then every 30 seconds until melted.) Stir until smooth. Whisk eggs in separate bowl to blend. Whisk in sugar and then chocolate mix. Mix in flour. Pour 1/2 cup batter into each dish. Bake 11-12 minutes. Let cook 3-5 minutes. Turn out onto a plate. Chocolate should flow out like lava. Top with berries, powdered sugar, or cool whip or serve with ice cream.
